The high-production EconoRed VP series of ovens employs advanced air mapping to increase curing efficiency and decrease emissions while curing film, sheet, adhesives, coatings and parts.
Three 9 ft (275 cm) long heating chambers totaling 15,600 watts draw filtered make-up air through double-wall housings that preheat the air while cooling the outer skin for operator safety.
Adjustable downdraft exhaust is drawn through a stainless steel or Teflon®-coated fiberglass mesh belt, preventing contaminated air from contacting heaters and other internal components, while preventing lightweight items from shifting on the belt. Contaminated exhaust is drawn through a screened receptacle for collection of condensate and/or dust when required, to an 8 in. (203 mm) flue connection.
The belt runs true by means of a low friction aligner at adjustable speeds yielding dwell times of 0.5 to 5 minutes.
The heaters maintain temperatures within +/- 1°F (+/-0.5°C) of set points, are height adjustable from 2 to 7 in. (5 to 17.7 cm), and are warranted for five years.
An optional Conveyor Air Bar cools items exiting the final heating chamber.
The oven is a modular three-chamber expansion of the company's single-chamber ERVP-VI-24 model, which can be expanded as new or in the field by adding one to two heating chambers and extending the conveyor belt, allowing capacity (belt speed) to be doubled or tripled.

The capacity (belt speed) of LittleRed®, EconoRed™, and BigRed® 4D Series (shown) conveyor ovens can be doubled or tripled as new or when needs increase by simply adding one or two modular heating chambers and extending the conveyor belt. This eliminates the need to invest in a larger oven than you need at the onset, and avoids the high cost of purchasing a new oven when your needs increase.
